The web was all abuzz yesterday about MC Asher Roth, who foiled a bomb threat on a flight into LAX. URB has another breaking exclusive from a fellow passenger on Delta flight 110 from ATL. Our source reports:
"Even more terrifying though was that the rapper on the plane who helped take down the perp was sitting in front of me and was playing "Who Let the Dogs Out" on a loop on his iPod REALLY loud for most of the flight!"

N.A.S.A.—the multi-hemispherical collab between Sam "Squeak E. Clean" Spiegel and DJ Zegon have announced a string of tour dates this spring to support their upcoming album which features Kanye West, MIA, Tom Waits, Yeah Yeah Yeahs' Karen O and David Byrne and dozens of other guests. No word on exactly what the live performance will entail. We're not counting on Chuck D, Ras Congo, Seu Jorge, Z-Trip (all guest on "Money" to be on the same stage.) But can we hope for some Kanye, Lykke Li and Santogold action?

Most importantly, the benefit saw the debut of Stacy Peralta’s film Made In America. When watching the documentary, the question as to how Los Angeles got so incredibly chilly was symbolic as well as literal; how did a metropolitan which is so synoymous with sunshine, a thriving economy and the“American Dream” completely turn a cold-shoulder to the degenerative gang culture in the City of Angels’ sweaty underbelly?
